The Dark Knight Rises Premieres in IMAX at Liberty Science Center Video Clips. Duration : 4.82 Mins.
Special Thanks: Joseph Colombo (associate director of technology services) and Mary Meluso (assistant director of public relations) A behind the scenes look at the projector system in the Liberty Science Center. At 88 feet, the center's domed IMAX screen is the largest in North America. The Dark Knight Rises will be the first major Hollywood release to premier at the Center thanks to Christopher Nolan's insistence on filming in a non-digital format. TDKR features over an hour of IMAX footage, the most of any major motion picture to date. I was given a chance to film in the theater's projector room and get a tour of its awesome machinery.
