3M MPro110 Pocket Projector Video Clips. Duration : 9.52 Mins.

HIGH DEFINITION VIDEO The PERFECT little companion for showing off your camera's videos and pictures, without trying to cram 5 or 6 people around a tiny screen, the 3M MPro110 Pocket Projector! In this video, unlike the others you see on YouTube or the 'net in general, we use this in REAL lighting: a 12'x12' room with 120 watts of light (2 60-watt bulbs, which really are 15 watt compact flourescents, that actually DOES mimmick 60 watt incandescents!). You get to see how it handles normal, to somewhat brighter lighing, and in total darkness, getting that home theater image. The 10 lumen white LED lights up the 640x480 LCoS display, which produces a slighly purplish tinge, but still gives off great colors and contrast. The RGB pattern on the LCoS is similar to color TV's before the '70's, which then had square phosphors after. We blow the image up very big to show the dot pattern, if the compression didn't wreck it. It comes with a VGA cable (albeit very short), and a composite video cable and barrel connector, so RCA outputs, and mini-jack outputs are accepted (a little less cumbersome if output cable has mini-jack output). You can't really go wrong! No audio, though. Video requires speakers. The Optoma pocket projector has that, but the "2 hour" battery in on low power, no sound. Crank it full, with sound, MPro may outlive it. This is almost 10 minutes of nerdom you'll never get back. Enjoy. :)
