PLEASE READ! I'm not a complete moron I just come off that way. I'm not used to talking to myself which is what your doing when walking around with a camera the size of the palm of your hand. I didn't mention that you should use Arctic silver for a thermal compound on your IC chips. It may be overkill but they get very hot and you already have everything apart..Not something to do twice..Give your resistors a once over and all your fuses as well..Sorry I don't know anything about TV repair so I won't be of much use for any questions. Just wanted to add the cables to this subject because people like Laughster and Testsubject 32 already covered what you need to do for this simple but time consuming fix..Would have made things alot simpler if I could have found out a way to pull those cables out (Well and not spilled coolant all over the board and connections)...From now on I'm going to look on Youtube before starting any of these kinds of projects..Didn't help in this case but its why I thought I would add to it. (If you push the wires in hard and twist they should come free.)..Best of luck and stay safe! Always unplug the set first and let it sit for a few minutes because of the large capacitors in there. I bought the chips at Bluestar online for 12 bucks..:) Just google the numbers on them and click on Bluestar when it comes up.. If any of your 3 lamps are blinking just slide off the bottom board a few times by pushing it straight down and then putting it back on..There ...
