This video explains the DM Board Repair procedure and mainly has to do with Mitsubishi Rear Projection TV's. The common symptom is the infamous "continuous blink". When the tv is given the command to turn on, all you see is the timer/standby light blinking. In this case, we had to have the E2P board re-programmed in addition to the 7 capacitors.
